Brandon joined Hedrick & Jordan in 2006 after graduating magna cum laude from the University of Toledo College of Law. His practice is focused on the areas of creditors’ rights, commercial real estate and various forms of civil litigation within those areas.  Brandon routinely represents the interests of lenders in all aspects of creditor’ rights including dispute resolution, loss mitigation, civil litigation, protection or recovery of collateral, creditor representation within bankruptcy, and collection of the underlying debt.  He also actively represents lenders and property owners in various civil litigation matters concerning real estate.
